Ben is Business Analyst for Fiserv. Ben has managed more than 50 AML Compliance Manager software implementations across 35 countries. Prior to joining Fiserv, Ben worked for IT companies as Product Manager. His experience and IT back- ground allow him to merge AML and Fraud requirements into Fiserv's financial crime solution. Ben is based in The Hague, The Netherlands. |

Communication Manager
Roos Goosen is Communication Manager for NetPractice and Marketing Manager for Fiserv. She is co-responsible for Fiserv's Fraud and Compliance marketing and manages the European and Asia Pacific region. In addition to these activities, Roos is part of Fiserv Fraud and Compliance's Partner team. Before joining Fiserv she was working at Schiphol as a Project Manager for the KLM and was a marketer for don Quijote in Spain. Roos is based in The Hague, The Netherlands. |
